By accessing or using the kfc4u platform through the website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kfc4u as the platform operator. They apply to all platform users, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and users who carry out financial transactions through the platform.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account or using kfc4u's services, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold and are acting in your own personal capacity.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access kfc4u's full range of services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in the account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. kfc4u will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and their balances frozen without compensation.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Kfc4u users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations in force in their place of residence. kfc4u makes no guarantee that the platform is lawful to use in all jurisdictions, and users bear sole responsibility for compliance with local laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kfc4u platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems or security
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or any form of financial misconduct
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the kfc4u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are correct and belong to them. kfc4u is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate payment information provided by the user.
Successful deposits that have been credited are non-refundable, except in cases of a verified technical error confirmed by kfc4u. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, subject to identity verification that may be required for transactions exceeding certain limits.
Kfc4u reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted. In such cases, the user will be contacted via their registered communication channel for further verification.
Bonuses and promotions offered by kfc4u are subject to wagering requirements stated separately for each campaign. Users are encouraged to read the bonus terms carefully before activating them. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy

Kfc4u is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.
This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of market data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kfc4u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in that account.
Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the kfc4u support team. For voluntary closures, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all related investigations have been completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the kfc4u platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of kfc4u or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The kfc4u platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kfc4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Kfc4u reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
